Abstract
This paper deals with the analysis of the domestic side of "war against terrorism", as defined by the Bush administration. Using the concepts of Campus Martius and heteropías (by Michel Foucault), the author depicts a critical vision of the United States´ domestic security policy after the attacks of september 11.
