The problem was constructed from three fundamental elements: from the approach of the cultural psychology, favouring the interpretation of the language with the recognition of the role of the narratives in the construction of the meanings of justice; from the history of the philosophy showing the development of the concept of justice, up to managing to conceive her in the frame of the reconstruction, repair and reconciliation (Lederach, 1998); and from the sociology and history of the political violence and of the displacement forced in Colombia.
