This is due to methodological changes, but especially to the periodic interruption in the publication of certain indicators and in the conduct of the income survey. This article reconstructs a series of poverty, under the current methodology of the statistical institute, so that it is comparable with the data that it publishes in the future. The main contribution of this article is to correct the calibration of the sample, to impute revenues for cases of non-response by the hot-deck method and, in cases where the survey was not conducted, to estimate the income data through alternative sources. The results show a sharp drop in poverty between 2003 and 2011, then a stagnation with certain oscillations until 2018, when an increase to the present is resumed.</p>}, number={40}, journal={Sociedad y Economía}, author={Zack, Guido and Schteingart, Daniel and Favata, Federico}, year={2020}, month={Mar.} }
